Akino brings more than 20 years of luxury expertise, honed at LVMH (Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton) in Japan and Hawaii. Her compassion, strong negotiation abilities, analytical acumen, and meticulous attention to detail set her apart. Bilingual in English and Japanese, Akino is bicultural and originally from Los Angeles. She graduated from Keio University in Tokyo with a degree in Political Science and initially aspired to become an Ambassador.

Akino discovered her passion for providing exceptional service in the luxury brand industry. She served as the Retail Director for Hawaii at Prada Group, managing five stores and reporting directly to the CEO in Tokyo. Transitioning to real estate, she discovered how she could positively impact the lives of others while continuing to offer exceptional service. Akino aims to be a lifelong real estate agent for each of her clients.

Her clients span the globe, with more than 90% referred by her personal network and previous clients. Many of Akino's clients repeatedly purchase and sell multiple properties through her and continually seek her guidance.

Outside of work, Akino enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, being outdoor in nature hiking, golfing, volunteering within her community, traveling abroad, reading, and continuously learning.
